my name is randi! i've been knotting my way through life since 2007. i picked up knitting while i was a senior in highschool. there was a girl in one of my classes who was making a pair of knit slippers & i was fascinated the way she moved her hands, the way she created a wearable item out of the once loose thread. i do still knit, although i prefer crochet. i first picked up a hook in 2011 while i was pregnant with my child. the way the stitches come together, the quickness of growth, the beautiful patterns all made me fall in love with the craft. i started following patterns & growing my knowledge of the craft. over the years, i've designed my own patterns (i haven't sold any, yet) & sold many goods to people from all over the country. crochet has kept me busy, kept me sane, & given me a sense of purpose. i can create anything i imagine out of bits of yarn & patience.welcome to my yarn covered world.
